Rahul—a common, typical Indian name, isn’t it? But you will be amazed when you hear the uncommon thing he did!
A student from our 4th batch of 2018, who was a complete beginner at the time, chose a skill like digital marketing when it was a completely new field. It wasn’t easy for everyone. When he joined, he was very under confident, but he had the patience to learn new things.
After 3 months, when he completed the training, he got his first job in digital marketing at a nominal salary of 8,000 INR. At that time, achieving something in the Bhubaneswar area was tough because Bhubaneswar had not yet boomed in the IT sector.
After that, he started his journey and kept exploring his expertise with every opportunity he got. After gaining vast knowledge in his field, he wanted to switch his career to MNCs.
So, after the COVID pandemic, he joined his first multinational company, Cognizant, and afterward, he joined Capgemini. Throughout his ongoing career, he would call DizitalSquare to share his journey, and he loved to talk with his favourite, Umashankar Sir, to get valuable advice, which Rahul needed the most to avoid getting stuck in something.
And now, he has achieved the dream that everyone wants to live – he joined the tech giant Google.
