2. Our Services

DizitalSquare provides training and certification programs including, but not limited to, Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Graphic Design, Web Designing & Development, Android Development, Software Testing, and related courses, along with placement assistance and consulting services, as described on our Courses and Services pages.

Course content, batch schedules, faculty, and mode of delivery (online/offline/hybrid) may be updated periodically to maintain training quality, and current details for any course will be shared at the time of enrollment.

3. Enrollment & Eligibility

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of enrollment (name, contact details, payment information).
  • Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment of the applicable course fee.
  • DizitalSquare reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrollment at its discretion, including in cases of incomplete information, suspected fraud, or non-payment.
  • Placement assistance, where offered, is best-effort support and not a guarantee of employment.

4. Fees & Payments

  • Course fees are as communicated at the time of enrollment/counselling and are payable through our authorized payment partner (Razorpay) via the link provided on our Website: Quick Payment, or through other modes we may specify (bank transfer, UPI, cash at office).
  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. DizitalSquare does not store your card or banking credentials; these are handled directly by Razorpay in accordance with applicable RBI/PCI-DSS security standards.
  • Fees once paid are subject to our Refund Policy.
  • Prices are quoted in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise.
  • It is your responsibility to verify the amount and course details before making payment. In case of a failed transaction where the amount is debited, please contact us at info@dizitalsquare.com with your payment reference ID for resolution within 5–7 working days.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:

  • DizitalSquare reserves the right to postpone or cancel a batch/event due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, political disruption, etc.), in which case an alternate batch or full refund will be offered.

6. Intellectual Property & License

Unless otherwise stated, DizitalSquare and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the material on this Website (course content, study material, branding, videos, and text). All rights are reserved.
